Description

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation through investment primarily in small-cap common stocks of U.S. companies. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks of small companies. The manager defines small companies as those whose market capitalization falls within the range of the Russell 2000® Index at the time of investment.
