Company Details

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies located throughout the world. The equity securities in which the fund generally invests are common stocks and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). The fund typically invests in securities of companies with market capitalizations of $3 billion or greater and the adviser expects, under normal market conditions, to invest in at least three different countries and invest at least 40% (or, if conditions are not favorable, invest at least 30%) of its assets in foreign companies.
